Are you a compassionate and driven individual who wants to empower the elderly to lead comfortable and independent lives in their own homes? St Louis Home Care is seeking Community Care Workers to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

This exciting casual role provides essential support to our clients, ensuring they maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care (assisting with hygiene, dressing, and mobility support)

• Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)

• Social support (engaging clients in activities and outings)

• Transport assistance (accompanying clients to appointments and errands)

Areas We Service:

We offer services in the following locations:

• Northern Suburbs: Salisbury, Elizabeth, Golden Grove and surrounding suburbs

What We Are Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting elderly clients

• Previous experience in similar roles (cleaning, personal care, community work) is desirable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

• A well-maintained vehicle with insurance

• Current Australian Driver’s License (minimum of P2s)

• Flu Vaccinations

• National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent is preferred

• We welcome all individuals with experience in Carer, Community Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, Social Support, Health, Nursing, Enrolled Nursing, or related fields.
