Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional nursing care, ensuring the health and well-being of our clients

  • Support and mentor care staff while fostering a collaborative team environment

  • Conduct clinical assessments and reviews of community clients

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with St. Louis policies and procedures

  • Uphold compliance with legislative requirements, ethical standards, and accreditation guidelines

  • Advocate for consumer-directed care and dignity of risk principles

  • Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to create positive outcomes

About You:

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about caring for the elderly and enhancing their quality of life. You will have:

  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as an RN

  • A strong understanding of age-related health issues and best practices in aged care

  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards or a willingness to learn

  • Experience in aged care (preferred) or a strong commitment to learning

  • A collaborative and team-focused approach

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A commitment to ongoing education and training

  • An understanding of Home Care Funding (advantageous)

Essential Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)

  • Flu vaccination

  • National Police Clearance (not older than 2 years)

  • Working Rights in Australia
